Great question. Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
What should I do if my payment doesn't work?
We're sorry for the trouble!

First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn't work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you're still having an issue, drop us a message and we'll do our best to help!
Where do I enter my discount code?
When you begin checkout, you'll see a box beneath your order summary. Slip your code inside and tap apply. Keep in mind that only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I use a discount code on a sale item, sets or diamonds?
Discount codes can be applied to all our full-priced jewelry, excluding items already on sale, sets, or final sale pieces. These exclusions are in place because they are already offered at discounts greater than most codes, ensuring you're getting the best possible value!
I was charged multiple times – what should I do?
Sorry about that! Sometimes banks place a temporary authorization hold before the real payment goes through. This can look like a double charge, but the extra amount usually disappears within a few days once the bank releases it.

If you don't see the refund back in your account after a few days, just reach out and we'll help sort it out right away.
